How to Connect Google Lead Form with Telegram (Your Bot)
The integration will allow you to get new leads from Google Lead Form and transfer them to Telegram (your bot) to send messages. This will allow you to automate workflows efficiently and save a lot of time. This way you can automate the process of processing data from the Google Lead Form using Telegram as efficiently as possible.

To start setup click "Create Connection".
Select a system as the Data Source. In this case, you must specify Google Lead Form.
Next, you need to specify the system to which the data from the Google Lead Form will be transmitted. In this case, you must specify Telegram.
The next step is to select Google Lead Form account from which SaveMyLeads get leads.
If there are no accounts connected to the system, click "Connect account".
If desired, you can change its name or simply click "Continue".
When the connected account is displayed in the "active accounts" list, select it for further work.
Next, you need to copy the "URL for receiving data", click "Continue" and go to your Google Lead Form account.
In the account, you need to select the lead form you need.
Now you need to do the following:
1 - paste the copied URL into the Webhook URL;
2 - insert the end of the URL link into the Key;
3 - click on the "Send test data";
4 - save changes.
The next step is to select the Telegram account to which the data will be sent.
If there are no accounts connected to the SaveMyLeads system, click "Connect account".
In the window that appears, in the “Bot token” field, enter the token of your bot, also indicate the name of the account, and click “Save”.
Note! In order to find the bot and its token, that you want to connect to SaveMyLeads, go to Telegram, enter @BotFather (https://t.me/BotFather) in the search bar. Next click Menu and select /mybots, click on the bot you want to connect and select API token, then copy the token and paste it into the appropriate field in SaveMyLeads.
Next a new window will open in which you need to copy the data from the connection line below.
Then click on the button with the name of your bot and click Open Telegram, this will automatically open the Telegram application or you can not use the button, but simply manually go to your Telegram application.
In your Telegram application, in the search bar, enter @indicate_your_bot_username here
Click on the bot's profile and click "Start". If you have connected this bot before, you will see a “Restart” button, click it.
Send a message to the bot with the connection string, that was copied in the SaveMyLeads system.
Wait for a response message indicating a successful connection to the system.
After this return to the SaveMyLeads system and continue configuration
When the connected account is displayed in the "active accounts" list, select it for further work.
Note!
If you want messages to come to the channel or group, you need to add our bot to the group or channel, run it there and configure it. As a result, the group or channel should receive an answer that the bot is connected successfully.
If you have previously connected our bot to yourself, and now you want to connect it to a group or channel, you need to perform the following algorithm:
1. You need to disable our bot, clear the entire history and completely delete the dialogue with the bot.
2. In our system, go to the Accounts - Messengers - Telegram and delete all created accounts.
3. Go to your connection in the Data Destination to the "Access" stage and create a new account.
4. According to the help you need to re-configure Telegram, only this time first you need to create a group or channel, add our bot, and send a string with a connection. After that, send the test data to Telegram and check that getting.
Attention! If your account is in the "inactive accounts" list, check your access to this account!
In this section, the fields will be assigned according to the template. You can completely change it or leave it as is.
Now, you need to compose a message from the data that will be sent to the Telegram bot.
In order to add a variable, click on the field "Message" and select the desired variable from the dropdown list. If necessary, you can write the data manually.
Note that you can pass not only variables from the source, but also combine them with system data such as date, time, month, year, and day, if necessary.
Now
see the test data that will be send to Telegram.
Click "Send test data to Telegram" and go to the Telegram cabinet in the appropriate group to test the connection.
If something does not suit you - click "Back" and go back one step.
If everything suits you, click "Finish setup" to continue the setup.
On the main screen, click on the gear icon to select name of the connection and select a group for it, if necessary.
When the slider is in the position as shown in the picture - auto-update works. If you want to disable communication, click this slider.
