TikTok is not only an entertainment platform today but also a powerful customer acquisition channel for businesses. Every day, companies receive hundreds of leads from advertising campaigns, and the speed of their processing directly affects profits. Airtable, in turn, helps organize this data and work with it efficiently. However, without automation, the transfer of information between these services significantly slows down the work. In this article, you will learn how to set up TikTok and Airtable integration using the SaveMyLeads connector to automate data exchange.
How to Achieve Maximum Speed with TikTok and Airtable
Manually transferring lead data from TikTok to Airtable is an outdated method that is still used by those who mistakenly believe it is free. In fact, the loss of time and leads that often comes with it can cost businesses quite a bit.
Real-world example: A marketer uploads TikTok leads three times a day. In this case, some of the leads are not processed for at least 2 hours. This is enough time for a potential customer to lose interest in the product, change their mind significantly, or go to a competitor.
The human factor is always associated with an increased risk of inaccuracies and errors. Distracted, a manager may incorrectly enter contact details, accidentally skip a field, or duplicate a record. Correcting errors requires additional resource expenditure. Of course, such costs and delays negatively affect the efficiency of the sales department and the company's profit.

With Airtable and TikTok integration, data transfer between platforms is automatic. Each new lead is quickly transferred to the table. There, a new row appears, which is immediately filled with the lead's data. After that, in Airtable, you can:
- Assign a responsible manager.
- Add the processing status of an order or application.
- Create a reminder for a call or letter.
- Launch additional client work scenarios.

Case study: A company that sells cosmetics through TikTok typically receives up to 200 orders per day. After integrating the social network with Airtable, the manager no longer has to transfer lead data on their own. Information automatically appears in a database with a full set of important details: names, phone numbers, emails, etc. This makes it possible to swiftly process orders without delay.

Data Source Setup—TikTok
Begin the TikTok integration with Airtable by creating a new connection.

Choose the platform that will serve
as the data supplier.

Select the system where you want to
send the new leads from TikTok. It will be Airtable (Add Row).

Link your TikTok account to
SaveMyLeads.

In this window, you must enter your TikTok login credentials.

Grant SaveMyLeads permission to work with your TikTok account. Make sure
all access checkboxes are turned on.

Once the connected account appears in
the list, click on it.

Then, choose the advertising page and
the form. After that, click Continue.

Data Destination Setup—Airtable
The following step is to configure the data receiver. Connect your Airtable account to SaveMyLeads.

In this window, you need to enter
your Airtable account login and password.

Allow SaveMyLeads to access your
Airtable databases. For this, click Add a base.

It is recommended to
provide access to all databases for future use.

Click the connected account once it appears in the list.

Next, choose the base where the new
rows will be created, and select the table as well.

You will now see Airtable fields for
adding new rows. You can assign variables from TikTok here. To do so, click inside the field and choose a variable from the dropdown menu.

Note that you can also enter data
manually instead of only using variables from the dropdown list.

Press Enter to move to the next line. After filling in all required fields,
click Continue.

Here, you will see a preview of the
data that will be sent to Airtable as new rows for each lead from TikTok.
If adjustments are needed, click Back to return to the previous step. To
verify the integration, send test data to Airtable.

Go to Airtable and review the result.

Then, return to SaveMyLeads and
proceed with the setup.
Auto-Update
Click Finish setup to enable automatic data update (auto-update) for the connection. This will ensure all new TikTok leads are sent to Airtable automatically.

To rename the connection, go to the settings by clicking on the gear icon.
