Facebook is a social network with a billion audience, so it is attractive for advertising, selling goods, services and business tasks in general. Business owners tend to use various sources for lead generation, including social networks. In order not to miss a new potential client who has noticed an advertisement on Facebook, it is important to quickly respond to their message. Methods can be different, one of them is SMS-mailing.

The features of the Facebook advertising account do not allow you to set up SMS mailings for new leads; third-party services, such as 8x8, are used for this. Using the platform, you can set up advertising mailings both for the existing customer base and for new leads. Since new leads can come from various sources, you will need to integrate the lead generation source with the SMS mailing service. Thanks to this, you can automate mailings to old and new leads.

If you have an already formed client base, then regular SMS mailings are an effective and inexpensive way to periodically remind customers about yourself: inform about new arrivals, promotions, special offers.

In order for new leads to be automatically uploaded from an advertising account on Facebook to the 8x8 SMS mailing service, you will need to configure the integration of these two services. So you will not miss a single new lead and will be able to instantly respond to their requests.

How to set up Facebook and 8x8 integration

To set up the integration, you will need knowledge in programming, and if not, then the help of IT specialists. If the company does not have a programmer, then you can use the services of a hired specialist. But, it will take time to set up the integration. As a result, some of the new leads may go to competitors. In addition, you will have to allocate a certain amount to pay for the services of an IT specialist, and these are unplanned expenses that can be spent more efficiently, for example, to launch an advertising campaign.

In order not to lose potential customers and set up high-quality integration, use the SaveMyLeads online connector. Thanks to its intuitive interface, you can byy yourself, without programming knowledge, set up the integration of an advertising account on Facebook and an 8x8 SMS mailing service. The whole process will take you no more than 5 minutes, while you do not have to seek help from hired programmers or open an additional vacancy.
