During the presentation of the new version of Windows, the integration of the tool into the taskbar and other elements of the system was demonstrated. This will further expand the collaboration capabilities for business users.

The Microsoft Teams service, which was created to organize collaboration between employees, will be tightly integrated into the new version of the operating system. At the demonstration of Windows 11, during the official presentation of the system on June 24, the company's specialists showed exactly how users will be able to access the service tools.

First of all, Microsoft Teams will appear directly in the start menu, which will make the task of creating virtual meetings easier for users of the operating system, and it will also be easy to join the created video conference, chat or voice call. In addition to quick access, the service will also be deeply integrated into the system itself, including the ability to turn on and off the sound for yourself during an online meeting directly from the taskbar.

According to the company, users will be able to gain access to the meeting in Teams, regardless of what platform they use or what devices they are working with. So it is promised that Mac, iOS and Android users will also be able to join chats, voice or video calls.

The release of Windows 11 is planned for the end of 2021, traditionally all PCs with Windows 10 "on board" will receive a free upgrade.
