SpaceXAI has expanded its AI portfolio with Grok 4.5, a new flagship model built for coding, agentic tasks, engineering, scientific reasoning, and knowledge-intensive work. Trained alongside Cursor, the model now powers Grok Build by default and is available through the company’s API platform and development ecosystem.

To support the release, SpaceXAI trained the model on massive GPU infrastructure. It also refined the quality of its training data through filtering, deduplication, and specialized content selection.

Grok 4.5 is designed to handle everything from systems programming tasks to complete application development with minimal user guidance. Beyond coding, it can create advanced Excel workbooks, prepare professional presentations with structured diagrams, draft Word documents, and assist with sophisticated automation tasks.

The company reports that the model delivers responses at approximately 80 tokens per second while requiring significantly fewer tokens to complete the same workloads as competing systems. SpaceXAI has set API pricing at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens. Grok 4.5 is not yet available in the European Union, with regional availability expected in mid-July.
